    Highly recommend. My first time having a doula and when I tell you Mama T showed up and showed out for me and my husband. She supported me through my entire process through labor and the delivery. Mama T spoke to the doctors and nurses on my behalf and she also educated me through the process of my placenta the perks of keeping it and how beneficial it is to me and my son well-being. Mama T stayed during my entire process 9 hrs of labor and supported and comforted me through it all. If you haven't had a doula get you one and make but make sure it's with MamaT.
